Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that pictures can never be a substitute for seeing the item in real life, and we want you to be happy. So if you have ordered something online that is not to your expectations please let us know as soon as possible. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return the product(s) to us for a full refund in accordance with the Refunds Policy below, less any shipping charges.

Returns
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. They include: any item not in its original condition; any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected that it is in compliance with the Returns Policy, we will issue you a refund. You will receive an email notifying you of that refund, if applicable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund when expected, first check your bank account. The next step is to contact your bank and/or credit card. There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please Contact Us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and packaging for returning your item. The original shipping costs we incurred to mail the item to you are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item that costs more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. In many cases, your dollhouse miniatures will even ship the same day. All items are shipped by either UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service (USPS). Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Rules & Exceptions
· For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, it can take up to 5 additional business days.
· Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, riot, disasters, severe weather, epidemics/pandemics, or failure of a transport network.
· We observe all holidays recognized by the United States Postal Service, so please account for extra shipping time if you place an order on a federally observed holiday or weekend.
Note that we don't accept online debit, check, or prepaid credit cards.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We will do our best to keep online prices current. We will do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of our website and product descriptions, but we reserve the right the have occasional errors and omissions in our website and on the items available.
